The Labor laws in Morocco do not make sense. They do not fit with what Morocco needs. Employees have WAY too many rights. The Unions have too much control and as a result, no work is ever done.

In Morocco, it is standard for someone to get three days off when they call in sick. This is the norm. It is standard that all sick days get used. It is standard that all vacation days get used. It is standard that the full lunch hour is taken. The problem here is that workers are lazy, not all workers but too many, particularly those who work in the Public sector.

There is an apathy and lack of work ethic in almost all area's that is very depressing to observe.

I am not saying that Moroccans should try to become Germany or the US overnight, but could we at least make some moves in the right direction?

Public Government employees should ALL get pay cuts IMMEDIATELY. The State should not be the number one employer. Private industry needs to employ a greater percentage of Moroccans. When you have people aspire to be teachers, NOT because they love teaching, but instead because they want a steady paycheck, free housing, and discounts on internet and phone service... well, lack of ambition is a sad thing to see.

All students say they want to be engineers when they grow up, and yet most of them have no idea that being a REAL engineer means being ambitious and thinking outside the box!

Ambition, Pride, Innovation, Depending on yourself and understanding that Government in General is inefficient and useless at best and corrupt and criminal at worst is the only way for Morocco to move forward into the 21st Century.

MNG
Séance du Mercredi 26 Octobre 2011 - Page 9 Mng_bm13
Market is holding above the 1421.0000 level. Action: ==> Maintain long position. Price projection of 1694.2200 has been reached. Stop at 1630.0000. Today's candlestick appears in the yellow shaded area of the chart. This reflects strong consolidation here!

Next Day Trading Ranges for Wednesday Oct 26, 2011

The 20 day moving average of the daily trading range is 45.5000 and the 60 day moving average of the daily trading range is 45.3833. This shows that volatility has increased in the short term. The percentage of updays when the open/low ratio is less than 25% is 96.43 percent. This means that if this security or future does not drop more than 11.3750 from the opening price then there is a 96.43 percent chance that this will be an upday.

The [R3] or the most extreme high trading range is 1720.0000.
The [R2] or the extreme high trading range is 1710.0000.
The [R1] or the high trading range is 1690.0000.
The [P] or pivot point is 1680.0000.
The [S1] or the low trading range is 1660.0000.
The [S2] or the extreme low trading range is 1650.0000.
The [S3] or the most extreme low trading range is 1630.0000.

Next Day Alternate Stops for Wednesday Oct 26, 2011

The red line to the right on your chart is an extreme support or resistence level for the next trading day.
A good alternative stop is one which is placed just beyond this extreme support/resistance level.
In this particular case if the price drops below 1650.0000 then that would show momentum against TradeAdvisor's long position and that would be a break out to the downside.

Please Note: These support/resistance levels are calculated by using the previous day's trading range. Normal volatility may cause a breakout of this value once every 4 or 5 days when prices consolidate.

Falcon II

Current Day Trading Session:
No signs of upward momentum at this time.

Next Day Trading Session:
If the next day's close is above 1694.66667 then that could be a sign that new upward momentum is beginning.

Please write in French. I completely understand French, I just have difficulty writing in French because of all of the feminin/masculin and difficult verb conjugation.

I am really interested in knowing what Moroccans think about the Labor laws. I am in shock as to how any company can be run effectively when many of the employees hired do not bring REAL value added to their position.

I recently opened an account with a brokerage firm in Rabat, and it was the first time I saw someone in the private sector make any real effort to go above and beyond the "call of duty"

We have been conditioned in Morocco to expect mediocre results and performance from public sector employees. This is unacceptable. If anything, Public sector employees need to put extra effort into providing good service because they represent the country.

If you ever come to Hassan, Rabat and try to get a carte national legalized, you will forever be ashamed to be Moroccan. How hard is it to create a line? How hard is it to have people served in an orderly fashion? How is it that there is only one person that seems to perform each job function and during business hours that person is never there? How is it that people get paid for a full work week, and yet are on strike 3 and a half days a week?

If you think the government is not paying you enough for the job you are doing, do a better job and get promoted, or go find or better yet, create a better job!!!

As Moroccans, we need to start to develop pride in ourselves and not accepting sub par service. The problem is clearly one of accountability. The problem is a lack of ethical leadership.

When the minister of Communications Son stabs a doctor in front of the Parliament building in Rabat, is arrested by a police officer, who is then ordered to let him go? How can the minister of communications keep his job after using his position and power in such a nakedly aggressive way to avoid the law? Accountability. All Moroccans need to be held accountable for their actions.
