Downgrade of MASI - June 11th 2013

I am trying to figure out what people think about Frontier Markets?

Does any think that the individual shareholders would be better off if the MASI were downgraded to a Frontier market from an emerging Market?

Does it really make a difference? Would that not bring in a lot of investment?

What real effect do you think it would have on the Real Estate and Job markets?

Does anyone understand what a Halal fund is?
