Apparemment  oui, mais une prise de position à l'approche de résultat est risquée surtout en l'absence des initiés.

nous sommes à la veille de l'annonce des résultats financières annuelles ,ADI est parmi d'autre qui sont entrain de faire le rallye. En tous cas ceux qui entrainent le mouvement sont seuls  à savoir la réalité  ,sont ils entrain d'enjoliver la réalité ?ou bien ont ils la certitude des bon résultats .En tous cas la prudence est de mise surtout pendant cette période

La seule réalité qui existe ce que l'action est valorisée à 195  DH,  les investisseurs sont donc entrain d'accumuler une valeur sous évaluée par le marché. pas plus que ça.

Rappelez vous il y a un ans a la veille les annonces des résultats  ADI était trop optimiste dans la presse  la réalité était choquante dans les chiffres au PUBLICATION  Mars 15.

Le reportage 2M illustre bien la réalité avec des mots forts : CRISE, FORTE CONCURRENCE, SITUATION DELICATE, MEVENTE,  BANQUE FRILEUSE,BULLE IMMOBILIERE QUI EXPLOSE ,FORT ENDETTEMENT DES PROMOTEURS ....

The Real Estate crisis in Morocco started 6 years ago, it is only now that the press is finally talking about it. Home prices in Morocco are incredibly inflated, everyone and their uncle figured they could turn a big profit from real estate speculation, and thus the market become flooded with shoddy substandard housing. People saw how Addoha was making 100% and more profit margins selling apartments and they wanted a piece of the action. The people that are left holding the bag are the small time promoters who have over-extended themselves. These are the guys who leveraged their life savings into building an apartment building with a partner, only to be stuck in court and have no money coming in to pay the loans they took in developing the projects. The banks are anxious to put the small developers out of business and collude with the judiciary to do just that, but I digress.

ADI is a fat cat. The stock price dropped from 700 to less than a hundred in less than 2 years, based simply on the dead cat bounce theory or on the planned dividend pay out that employees are counting on cashing out, until it reaches triple digits, it is likely not the worst play on the stock market. ADI still has some assets, and if it were to be declared bankrupt, it is not yet a rock, and there is something to collect. I don't know if I would enter ADI at 300 DH a share, but for now, you follow the big money, and you watch what the larger Portfolio owners are doing, and it seems that they are making plays for ADI at least they were up until today - could that change? Sure. Could they be ready to cash out? Absolutely... but the smart money follows the deep pockets, and for now, the deep pockets are still milking ADI.

I am NOT suggesting anyone buy or sell. I happen to own ADI and was lucky enough to increase my position under 40 per share - so again, everyone is free to do what they will.

I do want to address a Language component on this forum though, French and Arabic and Amazigh and Spanish are spoken in Morocco, and in the interests of allowing everyone to contribute, and especially since even the rudest and densest francophones are able to use google translate, I think the bylines should be changed to allow people to regularly post in the language of their choice.

Limiting the forum to French speakers, limits the creative possibilities - lets face it, smart parents no longer send their kids to French schools, they send them to English schools... an MBA from a French school, and the networks formed in the French world are nowhere near as valuable as those that you get even at B level American schools, so lets move towards progress and innovation and get the bylaws of the forum to reflect this much needed change.

i agree ,but it takes time to get rid of Frensh easyly ,they have been here for long time
many schools are switching to English but as far as Frensh is the business language here no way

Sa cassure  sera une premiere depuis juin 2014 ,d'autres investisseurs vont apparaitre sur les CO.

Les minières sont à prendre avec prudence . Le marché des métaux n'est pas de leurs côtés. Certes mng à consommé la baisse du triangle descendant avant celui dessiné, mais..
